Ways To Support Your Neighbors Facing Hunger

Provide essential operational support to sustain and expand The Friendship Center’s programs and services through a financial donation. This ensures that more neighbors in need can be served effectively.

Additionally, you could organize a home goods drive to collect essentials such as cleaning supplies, hygiene products, and kitchen items for individuals and families in transition.

We are grateful that you want to host a food drive for our neighbors facing hunger. From now through July 31, we are focusing on three key categories, help bring Christmas to July, and stock our shelves with these missing items:

  • Personal Care Items
  • Pet Food & Kitty Litter
  • Cleaning Supplies
  • Items We Cannot Accept:
  • Frozen or refrigerated food
  • Expired food items
  • Clothing
  • Housewares
  • Computers and electronics
  • Used baby bottles
  • Car seats
  • Anything that is soiled or needs repair
*Please keep in mind: If you wouldn’t give it to a friend, we shouldn’t give it to our clients. Thanks!
