The Friendship Center delivers groceries weekly to seniors and people who are homebound.

Our home delivery program was developed in response to the COVID-19 pandemic in partnership with the Greater Chicago Food Depository, Swedish Hospital, and the 40th Ward Office. Read more about the program’s launch on our blog.

If you or someone you know needs assistance with groceries and is unable to come to the pantry in person, please contact Catherine Norcott at catherine@friendshipcenterchicago.org.

If you are interested in helping with deliveries on Saturday afternoons, please fill out our volunteer form.

Together we’re making a big difference in helping seniors and others who may be homebound get the groceries they need.

“It means so much to have someone personally call, follow up with me, and make sure I have all my basics covered — THANK YOU to everyone at The Friendship Center. I don’t know how I would have made it through this last year without your group.” – Bill North
