Here is another fun way to volunteer and help us build capacity to do more in our communities: Oktoberfestiversary, the festival held by our friends at Begyle Brewing and Dovetail Brewery, is on October 8-9. Like in years past, The Friendship Center will benefit from 100% of the gate proceeds at this neighborhood event – amazing! – and there’s an opportunity for you to help us make it the most successful one yet.

We will need lots of folks to help check ID’s and collect the entrance fee at each of the three gates. If you’re interested in signing up for one of those 4-hour shifts, please check out our SignUp Genius event page. (Also – cough, cough – there are beer tickets for everyone who volunteers!)
